LncRNAs expression profiling of mouse skeletal muscle at postnatal 0 and 65 days. Mus musculus

In the study presented here, we collected the longissimus dorsi samples at postnatal days 0 and 65 from ICR mice and identified the genome-wide expression level of lncRNAs. Overall design: To identify the differentially expressed long noncoding RNA during the mouse skeletal muscle development, we analysiedthe long noncoding RNA profile of skeletal muscle at postnatal 0 and 65 days.
