data for reproduction of figures in "Comprehensive Mapping of Immune Nanobody Repertoires with NanoMAP"

These data were produced as part of a research project in the Shoemaker and Cowen labs at Tufts University, which produced a publication entitled "Comprehensive Mapping of Immune Nanobody Repertoires with NanoMAP". The data here are intended to be used to reproduce the figures in that publication, and are intended to be used with code provided in the associated GitHub repository.
