This repository contains the dataset analyzed and code in: Hildebrand L., L. New, E. Pirotta, J.D. Stewart, I. Hildebrand, C. Newell, KC Bierlich, C.N. Bird, A. Fernandez Ajo, D. Turek, L.G. Torres. Bayesian estimation of individual gray whale space use reveals differential exposure to stressors. In Press. <i>Ecology &amp; Evolution</i>.It contains a R script with the code for the Bayesian spatially explicit capture-recapture model as well as code to subsequently quantify space use and stressor exposure. The repository also contains two .RData files, one titled "data.RData" is the data required to run the model, the second "stressor_data.RData" is the data required to run the code to quantify stressor exposure.
