Size-reduced subset of the gnomAD v4.1.1 gene constraint table, restricted to MANE Select and MANE Plus Clinical transcripts on GRCh38 and to a selected set of loss-of-function constraint fields (lof.pLI, lof.oe, lof.oe_ci.lower/upper, lof.oe_ci.upper_bin_percentile; all computed from high-confidence pLoF variants, with lof.oe_ci.upper being LOEUF).
