A large Tn library of ~350 000 unique mutants was exposed to subinhibitory concentrations of 22 primarily cell envelope targeting antibiotics. Genomic DNA of surviving cells was used for BarSeq library prep.This project also contains the RBTnSeq master file linking barcodes to genomic insertion sites
