Sedimentology, paleoclimate proxy, paleoenvironment proxies

Induced coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICPMS) analysis was applied to analyze major and trace element oxides in core/ditch cutting samples comprising of mudrocks from the Anambra Basin Nigeria. The ICPMS data was used for sedimentary geochemistry study, paleoclimate reconstructions, and paleoenvironment interpretations. Supplementary material total organic carbon (TOC) data comprises of TOC concentrations of mudrocks from the Anambra Basin Nigeria. Supplementary material docx shows the free air anomaly map of the western margin of the Anambra Basin from satellite-derived WGM2012 gravity survey.
