Data Collection: User consumption data is collected from the operation management system of self-operated coffee shops, and stratified consumption capability data of cold brew coffee users is statistically analyzed. By establishing historical order user portraits and formulating user tags to locate their consumption levels, data support can be provided for coffee shop consumer advertising and marketing strategies, such as launching coffee beverages and customized services suitable for different consumption tiers. 2. Data Calculation: Cold brew coffee consumption share (%) = (Number of cold brew coffee purchases (cups) / Total number of purchases (cups)) * 100%. 3. User Spending Capability Classification: The ABCD classification method is applied. Users with a consumption share ≥25% are classified as "Category A"; those with a consumption share ≥13% and <25% are classified as "Category B"; those with a consumption share ≥5% and <13% are classified as "Category C"; and those with a consumption share <5% are classified as "Category D".
