This study investigates the transcriptional regulation of skeletal muscle satellite cells (SCs) during proliferation and differentiation in Sujiang pigs. SCs were isolated from the gastrocnemius muscle and analyzed at different stages (proliferation phase GM and differentiation stages DM1, DM2, DM5). mRNA sequencing was performed to identify differentially expressed genes (DEGs) and their roles in muscle development and signaling pathways.
