REBECCA Feasibility Study (Sweden): Consultation and Quality-of-Life Feedback Survey

This dataset contains the metadata and questionnaire structure for the REBECCA Feasibility Study, conducted in Sweden as part of the EU-funded H2020 REBECCA project. The survey aimed to collect information on participants’ experiences with (1) individual lifestyle consultations and (2) the REBECCA mobile application and digital system. The following files are included: H2REBECCAFeasibility_2025-10-22_1449.REDCap.xml – REDCap XML metadata export (Swedish version), containing the structure and variable definitions of the questionnaire. REBECCA-KI-Feas-QoL _ REDCap.pdf – Human-readable version version of the REDCap project (codebook).
