Delta table: number of genes with significant expression change in brain of aged lemurs detected by SAM analysis of expression data from temporal cortex samples of 10 healthy old lemurs and 6 young adults. The delta parameter is the threshold used to select genes that are significantly differentially expressed. The false discovery rate (FDR, expressed in %) is defined by the number of false positive genes divided by the number of genes identified as differentially expressed.
