Inputs and results of the calculations reported in the paper "Exact Majorana-degree cores explain the cut spectra of quantum-chemistry Hamiltonians" (npj Quantum Information) and its Supplementary Information, and the tables derived from those results. The archive contains a README. The core method scripts are in the GitHub repository https://github.com/qiqi-xingyi/majorana-cores. The per-input arrays of the input-set calculations (integrals, Pauli coefficients, spectra and truncation factors; about 14 GB) and the data of the further tests of Supplementary Section S13 are not included and are available from the corresponding author on request.
