Canadian Gallup Poll, April 1993, #598

This Gallup poll seeks the opinions of Canadians, on predominantly political and social issues. The questions ask opinions on the upcoming election, environmentally friendly products, and questions related to political party preference. There are also questions on other topics of interest such as the standard of living in Canada, prospets for the leadership of the Progressive Conservative Party, opinion on who holds responsibility for the war in Yugoslavia, and Ontario politics. The respondents were also asked questions so that they could be grouped according to geographic, political and social variables. Topics of interest include: election; war in Yugoslavia; Progressive Conservative Party leadership; standard of living in Canada; and political party preference. Basic demographic variables are also included.
