资源简介:
To mitigate the detrimental impact of concrete cracking, our research endeavors focus on harnessing the potential of microorganisms within concrete systems. This encompasses the utilization of pure bacterial cultures, alongside the cultivation of bacterial systems derived from waste and indigenous environmental resources, known for their robustness and compatibility. Within this study, B. subtilis serves as the axenic strain, while a non-axenic bacterial system is cultivated from soil sources. We systematically assess the viability of bacterial production techniques, and scrutinize the influence of factors such as pH, growth duration, and temperature on the cultivation of robust bacterial cultures and biomineralization levels. Furthermore, a comprehensive gene sequencing analysis is employed to delineate the prevalent bacterial species amidst varying conditions within the soil bacterial samples.
