Luminal samples I - Systematic screening of tryptophan metabolism identifies site- and microbial-specific signatures of tryptophan utilization in experimental colitis

This dataset contains all LC-MS raw data from luminal samples (SI) underlying the data presented in the corresponding manuscript. Group A: Ctrl, B: DSS, C: ABX, D: ABX/DSS. Luminal samples were collected on the last day of the experiment (groups A/C: day 7 of the DSS colitis, groups B/D: day 9).
