Supplementary repository: per-seed results, frozen splits, class mapping, and analysis code for 'Cross-Water Acoustic Domain Adaptation Is Direction-Dependent: A Four-Corpus UDA Benchmark with Negative Transfer'

Benchmark artifacts accompanying the preprint 'Cross-Water Acoustic Domain Adaptation Is Direction-Dependent: A Four-Corpus UDA Benchmark with Negative Transfer' (Preprints 2026, DOI: 10.20944/preprints202609.1124). Contents: (1) all 344 per-seed runs of the frozen four-corpus binary UDA protocol (two-domain 10-seed matrix plus VTUAD and ShipsEar 8-seed extensions), with per-run configs, histories, summaries, and confusion matrices; (2) frozen split files including the MMSI/hull-disjoint VTUAD split and the four-corpus shared-binary class-mapping table; (3) per-segment prediction exports with recording-level re-aggregation tables and cluster bootstrap; (4) cross-library evaluation artifacts; (5) review-round experiments E1 (inter-corpus distribution distances, incl. the cluster-bootstrap-fixed v2 results), E2 (MMSI/hull-disjoint stress test, 128 runs), and E3 (lambda warm-up intervention, 30 runs); (6) training, evaluation, aggregation, and plotting code. Model checkpoints are excluded for size; every run is reproducible from the frozen splits, the per-run configs, and the released code.
