U.S. adults views on January 6th Committee 2022

As of June 2022, 46 percent of U.S. adults support the House Select Committee, while 19 percent strongly disapprove. The U.S. House Select Committee to Investigate the January 6th Attack on the United States Capitol was formed to investigate an attack on the U.S. Capitol on January 6th, 2021. These events are now commonly referred to as the Capitol attack or Capitol insurrection, during which supporters of President Donald Trump sought to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election. The Committee consists of seven Democratic and two Republican members of the House of Representatives.
