DISCOVER STEC dataset from the Czech Republic

Dataset associated to DISCOVER project. STEC isolates collected by the Veterinary Research Institute (VRI), Czech Republic. The isolates originate from production animals either as faecal samples or meat. Bioinformatic molecular serotype is provided: O:H. When serotype was not predicted by molecular serotyping it is indicated as O_Unknown
