In order to asses differences between expression profiles of postnatal and adult mice, RNA-sequencing was performed on RNA from postnatal day 2 and 4 month old murine aortic valves. 6 samples were analyzed: 3 replicates of the postnatal day 2 timepoint and 3 replicates of the 4 month timepoint. Differential expression was ranked based on false discovery rate (<0.1) and fold change (>2).
为评估出生后与成年小鼠的基因表达谱差异,本研究对出生后第2天及4月龄小鼠主动脉瓣膜的RNA开展了RNA测序(RNA-sequencing)。本次分析共纳入6个样本:出生后第2天时间点设置3个生物学重复,4月龄时间点同样设置3个生物学重复。差异表达基因基于错误发现率(false discovery rate, FDR)<0.1且倍数变化(fold change, FC)>2的标准进行排序。
