RNA-seq analysis of aortic heart valves in mice

In order to asses differences between expression profiles of postnatal and adult mice, RNA-sequencing was performed on RNA from postnatal day 2 and 4 month old murine aortic valves. 6 samples were analyzed: 3 replicates of the postnatal day 2 timepoint and 3 replicates of the 4 month timepoint. Differential expression was ranked based on false discovery rate (<0.1) and fold change (>2).为评估出生后与成年小鼠的基因表达谱差异，本研究对出生后第2天及4月龄小鼠主动脉瓣膜的RNA开展了RNA测序（RNA-sequencing）。本次分析共纳入6个样本：出生后第2天时间点设置3个生物学重复，4月龄时间点同样设置3个生物学重复。差异表达基因基于错误发现率（false discovery rate, FDR）<0.1且倍数变化（fold change, FC）>2的标准进行排序。
