用于三明市退役军人事务部门开展英烈事迹宣传、英烈纪念活动、英烈家属帮扶等服务，传承和弘扬英烈精神，缅怀英烈事迹；同时为英烈家属查询帮扶政策、申请相关待遇提供指引，为社会公众了解英烈事迹、开展英烈纪念活动提供平台，保障英烈家属的合法权益。
This dataset is developed to support the Sanming Municipal Bureau of Veterans Affairs in carrying out services including publicity of martyrs' deeds, organization of martyr commemoration activities, and assistance for families of martyrs, so as to inherit and promote the martyr spirit and commemorate the deeds of martyrs. Meanwhile, it provides guidance for families of martyrs to inquire about assistance policies and apply for relevant benefits, offers a platform for the general public to learn about martyrs' deeds and carry out martyr commemoration activities, and safeguards the legitimate rights and interests of martyrs' families.
