Nocardiopsis bonnevillensis DSM 118115 genome

<i>Nocardiopsis bonnevillensis </i>DSM 118115 was isolated from sediment collected in July 2021 along the shoreline of Farmington Bay, Great Salt Lake (41° 3′ 58″ N, 112° 13′ 48″ W), within Antelope Island State Park, Utah. To obtain a whole-genome sequence of <i>N. bonnevillensis </i>DSM 118115, genomic DNA was extracted using an MP Biomedicals FastDNA SPIN Kit according to the manufacturer’s instructions and sequenced by Plasmidsaurus using Oxford Nanopore. CheckM analysis of the assembled genome indicated 100.0% completeness and 0.5% contamination. The 6.1 Mb genome was assembled into six contigs with an average coverage depth of 29x.
