电动机的转差率是指转子转速与旋转磁场的转速之差的比值,电动机的转差率s是异步电动机的一个重要参数,其大小可以反映异步电动机的运行情况、转速高低、电机转速稳定性和负载适应能力。电动机设计时选择适当的转差率,可以增加电动机的起动转矩,让电动机的起动更加迅速,同时减小电动机的转矩脉动,让电动机达到更高的稳态精度。通过国家标准,进而确定在具体条件下电动机的转差率值,为生产企业质量改进、加强政府监管、保障消费者出行安全提供参考和技术支撑。检测电机在额定状态下运行的各项参数,包括同步转速ns、转速n,转差率s=(ns-n)/ns。算法根据三相异步电动机产品转速测量方法和测量程序建立数学模型,确定被测量(输出量)s与其它量(输入量) n、 ns之间的函数关系,测量结果s将取决于输入量n、 ns,形成最终的电机转差率。

The slip of an electric motor refers to the ratio of the difference between the rotor speed and the rotational speed of the rotating magnetic field. The slip s of an asynchronous motor is an important parameter, whose magnitude can reflect the operating status, rotational speed level, speed stability and load adaptability of the asynchronous motor. Selecting an appropriate slip during motor design can increase the starting torque of the motor, enable faster startup, reduce torque pulsation, and help the motor achieve higher steady-state accuracy. By referring to national standards, the slip value of the motor under specific conditions can be determined, providing reference and technical support for quality improvement of manufacturing enterprises, strengthening government supervision, and ensuring consumer travel safety. Various parameters of the motor operating under rated conditions are detected, including synchronous speed ns, rotational speed n, and the slip formula s=(ns-n)/ns. An algorithm establishes a mathematical model based on the speed measurement methods and procedures for three-phase asynchronous motor products, determines the functional relationship between the measured quantity (output quantity) s and other quantities (input quantities) n and ns. The measurement result s will depend on the input quantities n and ns, forming the final motor slip.
