资源简介:
Dataset accompanying the manuscript by Ramakrishna and Gollisch 2026:
Image modifications reduce differences in natural‑image encoding by retinal ganglion cells between natural and optogenetic stimulation.
Spike train data from mouse retinal ganglion cells under visual stimulation of photoreceptors as well as Channelrhodopsin-2 in the ganglion cells.
The dataset contains spike times of different types of mouse retinal ganglion cells, recorded extracellularly with multielectrode arrays from isolated retinas of mice, which had intact photoreceptors as well as expression of Channelrhodopsin-2 in ganglion cells.
Also contained are details of the applied visual stimuli. These were 1) flashed natural images, 2) spatiotemporal white noise, 3) contrast-reversing gratings, and 4) a temporal sequence of full-field light intensity (chirp stimulus).
See accompanying paper for details.
