通过采集、分析低压电器产业中各企业在小型电磁继电器及其分支技术领域的专利数据总量和各分支技术领域的占比,可用于了解小型电磁继电器领域专利分布情况。通过与基准值进行对比,可以了解各企业在小型电磁继电器领域各技术分支的技术创新能力、创新水平差异,为企业研发决策、专利布局等活动提供参考。算法规则包括以下几个方面:1.数据采集:查找和整理低压电器产业企业,通过国家知识产权局和第三方知识产权检索网站以及本公司自建专利数据库,对企业在小型电磁继电器领域专利数量进行采集,根据专利的创新点差异,分为不同的分支技术领域,包括电磁接触系统模块、壳体结构模块、附件模块、其他模块、外观设计等。2.数据处理:计算得到各企业的专利总数X,电磁接触系统模块专利数量/专利总数X=电磁接触系统模块专利在专利总量中的占比,壳体结构模块专利数量/专利总数X=壳体结构模块专利在专利总量中的占比,附件模块专利数量/专利总数X=附件模块专利在专利总量中的占比,其他模块专利数量/专利总数X=其他模块专利在专利总量中的占比,外观设计专利数量/专利总数X=外观设计专利在专利总量中的占比。
By collecting and analyzing the total patent volume and the proportion of each sub-technical field of enterprises in the low-voltage electrical appliance industry within the domain of miniature electromagnetic relays and their sub-technical fields, this dataset can be used to understand the patent distribution in the miniature electromagnetic relay sector. By comparing with benchmark values, it can help identify the differences in technological innovation capabilities and innovation levels of enterprises across various technical sub-fields of the miniature electromagnetic relay domain, providing references for enterprises' R&D decision-making, patent layout and other related activities.
The algorithm rules are as follows:
1. Data Collection: Identify and sort out enterprises in the low-voltage electrical appliance industry. Collect the number of patents held by these enterprises in the field of miniature electromagnetic relays via the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA), third-party intellectual property retrieval platforms, and the company's self-built patent database. Classify the patents into different sub-technical fields based on differences in their innovation points, including electromagnetic contact system module, housing structure module, accessory module, other modules, and design patents, etc.
2. Data Processing: Calculate the total number of patents X for each enterprise. The proportion of electromagnetic contact system module patents in the total patent volume = (number of electromagnetic contact system module patents) / X; the proportion of housing structure module patents in the total patent volume = (number of housing structure module patents) / X; the proportion of accessory module patents in the total patent volume = (number of accessory module patents) / X; the proportion of other module patents in the total patent volume = (number of other module patents) / X; the proportion of design patents in the total patent volume = (number of design patents) / X.
