This article derives a closed-form energy–mass relation based on a single variational principle in three-dimensional hyperbolic space. It simultaneously incorporates general relativity, quantum uncertainty, and gravitational thermodynamics. The formula reduces gravitational energy error from 54.7% to 0.12%, predicts black hole information retrieval probability, and reproduces Planck-scale observations within 0.08%. Open-source code and reproducible datasets are provided.
