Supplementary material S1: Microsatellite datasets and scripts for genetic analysis in R

This is the S1 supplementary material for a scientific article on the genetic structure of populations of Dermanyssus gallinae s. s. (a hematophagous mite pest causing damage in laying hen farms). Here are the raw microsatellite data (genotypes at each microsatellite locus for all genotyped individuals), as well as the scripts used to obtain the two analyzed datasets, namely MLG10FARM and MLG8ALL. These two analyzed datasets consist of multilocus genotypes (MLG) obtained from individual adult female mites using microsatellite markers specially developed for this study and cleaned of individuals for which one or more of the loci used were not obtained. The present repository also contains the scripts used to carry out the statistical analyses (F-statistics and Bayesian clustering with Structure), as well as those used to obtain Figures 1 and 3.
