Dataset for 'Interface-mediated softening and deformation mechanics in amorphous/ amorphous nanolaminates'

This repository contains three data files from a Scanning Precession Electron Diffraction (SPED) dataset used in the study of amorphous/amorphous nanolaminates. These files can be processed and analyzed using the Python code and Jupyter notebooks available in the associated GitHub repository: https://github.com/vivekdev-empa/nanolam_tantala_silica. The code includes tools for density map computation and line profile analysis from 4D-STEM diffraction patterns. For detailed usage instructions, refer to the README.md in the GitHub repository.
