Whole genome re-sequencing of 41 Korean soybean cultivars

Soybean [Glycine max (L.) Merr.] is one of the most important crops globally, valued for its high protein and vegetable oil content. To identify the genomic variants associated with crucial agricultural traits, we performed whole-genome re-sequencing on 41 soybean cultivars grown in Korea. This research aims to enhance our understanding of the genetic diversity within these cultivars, providing insights for crop improvement and agricultural sustainability.
