rainbow trout hepatocytes at the key time points will be used to identify differentially expressed RNAs between groups by transcriptome sequencing (mRNA, lncRNA and miRNA), predict noncoding RNAs target genes, construct interaction networks of selenium participating in the regulation of heat stress based on gene functional annotation, pathway enrichment analysis, association analysis of various RNA and verification test, and reveal the molecular mechanism of nano-selenium involved in anti-heatstress processes in vitro hepatocytes of rainbow trout. Finally, the effects of nano-selenium resistancing to heat-stress will be verified in fish. The results will provide a theoretical and practical guidance for resistancing to heat-stress in rainbow trout.
