The CXM Arena German Benchmark Suite is a comprehensive dataset for the German Customer Experience Management (CXM) domain, designed to evaluate the performance of AI models in various business contexts. The dataset includes five core tasks: Agent Quality Adherence for monitoring contact center agent performance, KB Refinement for processing business articles, Articles Search and Comprehension using natural language queries, Intent Prediction for inferring user intents from conversations, and Multi-Turn RAG with Tools for assessing AI capabilities in multi-turn interactions. All data in the dataset are synthetically generated in German using advanced language models.
