Droplet-based RNA sequencing of single cells from injured and regenerating skeletal muscles of young and aged mice

Single-cell RNA sequencing of cells from healthy and notexin injured muscles in a time course. To ensure we capture a wide variety of cell types and myogenic states, cells from uninjured and injured timepoints were mixed for each droplet-generation and sequencing run. Examination of transcriptomes of single cells and myogenic cell states of cells found in healthy and regenerating muscles of young and aged mice.
