Wille und Supervision im Weiterbildungskontext – Integrative Position Will and supervision in the context of further education seen from the integrative perspective

Die vorliegende Arbeit befasst sich mit Wille und Supervision im Weiterbildungskontext aus Integrativer Sicht. In einem ersten Schritt geht es um die Begriffsbestimmung von Wille sowie eine Beschreibung der Willensthematik aus evolutionsbiologischer, systemischer, neuro-wissenschaftlicher Sicht, wodurch die Integrative Position zu Willen begründet und formuliert wird. In einem weiteren Schritt wird das Konzept der Integrativen Supervision sowie die su-pervisorische Haltung und Betrachtungsweise vorgestellt. Anschliessend richtet die Arbeit den Fokus auf den Stellenwert von Wille und Supervision im Weiterbildungskontext. Nach einer Beschreibung des Weiterbildungskontextes werden Wille und Supervision gesondert und abschliessend in ihren Synergien betrachtet. The corresponding thesis is concerned with the subject of will and supervision in the context of further education seen from the integrative perspective. In the first section will and the development of will are described from the evolutionary, neurological and systemic science based views on which the integrative approach is based. In the next section the concept of integrative supervision in conjunction with the mindset and approach of supervision are ex-posed.
