Secondary school mathematics in Australia, 1964: File ag1
收藏资源简介:
Surveys of the mathematical achievement of high school students were carried out in twelve countries. This dataset contains the data from the Australian study in a structure designed to correspond to the data files from a subsequent study, carried out in 1978 (see SSDA study no. 71). The two study-design aimed to investigate changes in secondary school mathematics over the 14 year period. Students completed a mathematics test; an opinion questionnaire on the importance of mathematics, the facility of mathematics, the teaching of mathematics, school enjoyment and control over the environment; and background questionnaire on demographic and mathematical education variables. Questionnaires were also completed by teachers and school principals.
