Data were retrospectively collected from the routine clinical monitoring procedure of adult IBD patients treated with SC-IFX at the University Hospital of Burgos and the University Hospital of Salamanca (Spain) for the development of the model. Both naive patients (who had not previously received IFX treatment) and switch patients, who had received prior maintenance therapy with IV-IFX, were included. Concentration samples were collected over a more than 4-year period (from January 2020 to June 2024).
