ENCR core validation ontology

The ENCR (European Network of Cancer Registries) core validation ontology describes the relations and inter-variable dependencies between the ENCR core data variables. The first version, comprising a set of OWL files, was a prototype for new ENCR data-quality check software. Later versions require the importing of other OWL files (e.g. ICD-O-3 and ICCC-3 ontologies) that may be found in the associated data sets on JRC data catalogue under the ECIS data collection.
