资源简介:
An experimental study was conducted to determine the thermal conductivity coefficient λ using the ‘hot wire’ method for a building material. Gypsum specimens measuring 400 x 60 x 50 mm were made for the experiment. Along the long axis of the model, an insulated resistance wire with a diameter of 0.2 mm was poured into the gypsum slurry in the centre of the specimen, with a small-size ceramic Pt100 sensor attached in the centre of its length.
The sensor was connected to an analogue R/U temperature measuring transducer with a measuring range of 15...30 °C, made and calibrated especially for the experiment.
The measurement signals of the flowing current and voltage drop across the resistance wire and the voltage from the temperature transducer were connected to a 14-bit NI USB-6009-type A/D converter from National Instruments. When this was connected to a PC equipped with NI-DAQmx and NI-LabVIEW drivers, a measurement system for data acquisition was obtained.
The dataset contains one file with raw measurements for one test sample for the selected 10 measurement series (gypsum labelled as Gips). Temperature (T) power (P) at time (t) were measured for each.
