Immune cell parameters measured by standardized flow cytometry in the Milieu Intérieur cohort

Immune cell parameters measured by standardized flow cytometry using 10 8-color panels with MACSQuant analyzers, from 1 ml of blood collected for the 1,000 subjects of the Milieu Intérieur V1/V2 cohort.
The flow cytometric data was collected to evaluate individual variation in blood cell composition in the healthy population and discover its genetic and non-genetic determinants.
The dataset includes (1) raw MQD files, (2) raw FCS files and (3) txt files containing the processed data, in the form of a matrix with 1,000 subjects as rows, and 169 flow cytometric measurements as columns (79 cell counts, 87 MFIs of cell lineage markers, and 3 ratios).
