A Real-time 5G Macro-cells Signal Dataset for Signal Model Simulation and Prediction within Complex Terrain Area.

This dataset provides over 81,419 geo-referenced 5G macro-cells signal measurements collected via UAV and ground surveys across a 9 km² area of complex terrain. Signal data, including Reference Signal Received Power (RSRP), Reference Signal Received Quality (RSRQ), and Signal to Interference plus Noise Ratio (SINR). Additionally, 10,000 grid-based data are enriched with environmental metadata, including Digital Elevation Model (DEM), Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI), building information,and the base station data. The combined dataset supports 5G path loss modeling, simulation, and machine learning applications, and is openly available in structured formats for reproducible research. All datasets used in this study have undergone rigorous validation.
