To explore the regulatory mechanism of age-related cataract (ARC) formation and progression,we construct sodium selenite-induced rat cataract model and performed the high-throughput RNA sequencing (HTS) technology to identify the mRNA and miRNA expression profiles of the lens from Na2Se03-induced and saline - injected Sprague Dawley rats.
为探究年龄相关性白内障(age-related cataract, ARC)发生与进展的调控机制,本研究构建了亚硒酸钠诱导的大鼠白内障模型,并采用高通量RNA测序(high-throughput RNA sequencing, HTS)技术,对亚硒酸钠(Na₂SeO₃)诱导组与生理盐水注射组斯普拉-道来(Sprague Dawley, SD)大鼠的晶状体mRNA及miRNA表达谱进行鉴定。
