The goal of this study was to determine the MYC binding difference between WT and PIN1 knockout mouse embryonic fibroblasts. Wildtype and PIN1 knockout MEFs were serum starved for 48 hours, and stimulated 4hrs to induce MYC expression. DNA IPed from N262 antibody was harvested from 2 independent experimental replicates per genotype.
