Transcriptome analysis of embryonic hearts from germline RBPMS knockout mutants

To investigate the function of RNA-binding protein with multiple splicing (RBPMS) in heart, we establish a germline RBPMS knockout mutant strain. RNA seq of neonatal (P1) hearts was performed. Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for littermate control and RBPMS knock out hearts at neonatal stage.为探究含多剪接体的RNA结合蛋白（RNA-binding protein with multiple splicing, RBPMS）在心脏中的功能，我们构建了生殖系RBPMS敲除突变株系。对新生（出生后第1天，P1）心脏开展了转录组测序（RNA-seq）。针对新生阶段同窝对照心脏与RBPMS敲除心脏的转录组测序数据，进行了比较基因表达谱分析。
