CHDbase

We therefore developed CHDbase, an evidence-based knowledgebase of CHD-related genes and clinical manifestations manually curated from 1114 publications, linking 1124susceptibility genes and 3591 variations to more than 300 CHD types and related syndromes. Metadata such as the information of each publication and the selected population and samples, the strategy of studies, and the major findings of studies were integrated with each item of the research record. We also integrated functional annotations through parsing ∼ 50 databases/tools to facilitate the interpretation of these genes and variations in disease pathogenicity.因此本研究开发了CHDbase（先天性心脏病知识库），这是一款基于循证医学的先天性心脏病（Congenital Heart Disease，CHD）相关基因与临床表现知识库，其数据源自1114篇学术文献的人工整理编纂，关联了1124个易感基因与3591个基因变异，覆盖300余种CHD类型及相关综合征。每一条研究记录均整合了元数据，包括单篇文献的相关信息、纳入的研究人群与样本信息、研究设计方案以及研究主要发现。本研究还通过解析约50个数据库/工具，整合了相关功能注释信息，以辅助解读这些基因与变异的疾病致病性。
