Draft assembly of P. australis, North American invasive lineage scaffolded to chromosome level and its genome annotation

The draft genome of Phragmites australis ( Oh et al. 2022) representing the invasive lineage was scaffolded to chromosome level, when mapped against our chromosome level reference genome assembly using Ragtag.
