NMJs co-expressing (A) DLiprin-aGFP and mStrawDSyd-1, with both proteins accumulating in close temporal proximity, and (B) GFPDSyd-1 and BRPshort mStraw. Arrows in (A) indicate that DSyd-1 and DLiprin-a accumulate in close temporal proximity. Arrows in (B) show that DSyd-1 precedes BRP accumulation.
