The complete mitochondrial genome of undescribed psychid genus (Lepidoptera: Psychidae).. Psychidae

The complete mitochondrial genome sequence of Gen. et sp. 1 and Gen. et sp. 2 has a total length of 15, 299 bp and 15, 330 bp, respectively. Consisting of Gen. et sp. 1 and Gen. et sp. 2 contains a typical set of genes [2 rRNA, 22 tRNA, and 13 protein coding genes (PCGs)] , and AT-rich control region. The nucleotide composition of Gen. et sp. 1 was extremely AT-rich, with 39.47% A, 41.94% T, 11.60% G, 6.99% C. The nucleotide composition of Gen. et sp. 2 was extremely AT-rich, with 40.31% A, 41.77% T, 10.98% G, 6.93% C.
