Gene expression data from NK cells sorted for PD-L1 after co-incubation with K562 myeloid leukemia cells

The objective was to determine if there are differences in gene expression in PD-L1+ and PD-L1- NK cells after co-incubation of NK cells with target K562 myeloid leukemia cells. Primary NK cells were sorted to >96% purity CD3-CD56+ from 3 healthy donors. These enriched NK cells from the 3 donors were incubated with K562 myeloid leukemia target cells for 24 hours in order to induce PD-L1 expression. After 24 hours the cells were sorted into PD-L1+ and PD-L1- NK cells, RNA extracted and microarray performed on the 6 samples (3 donors PDL-1+ or PDL-1- after co-incubation). Data on differential gene expression of PD-L1+ and PDL-1- NK cells after co-incubation with leukemia target cells will provide more insight into the function and potential usage of these two populations for leukemia.
