Proteins model architectures of the signal transduction cascade in endospore formers

We present protein architectures describing the Spo0 pathway found in models of endospore formers.Column 1: Architecture identifier.Column 2: Domain names and Pfam identifiers in an orderly fashion going from the COOH to the NH2 terminal.Column 3: Genes associated with each organism experimentally characterized.Column 4: Model organism represented by their names and KEGG identifiers.
