To comprehensively study molecular alterations in human aorta tissues,we characterized the cellular heterogeneity of the human aortic wall by performing scRNAseq. Overall design: We obtained nondiseased ascending aortic wall tissue from 1 heart transplant recipients and 2 heart donor and aortic wall tissue from 3 abdominal aortic aneurysm patients(AAA),3 aortic dissection patients (AD),1 Marfan syndrome patients (MFS) NOTE FROM SUBMITTER: We cannot provide the raw data files due to patient privacy issue
