Integrative omics analysis elucidates the genetic basis underlying drought resistance and WUE in wheat (PRJCA032349)

In this study, transcriptome data of 110 wheat accessions under varying water conditions (3' RNA-Seq) and TaMYB7-A1 overexpression lines under drought treatment were generated. Further, integrating association analysis with genotype and phenotype data, we provided a comprehensive genomic regulatory landscape and offered valuable insights into wheat's adaptive response to water stress.
