Effects of long-term localized fertilization and inoculation of rhizobia on soil diazotrophic community structure

Based on the effect of long-term positioning fertilization and rhizobia inoculation on the diazotrophic community structure of Northeast black soil, this project collected Northeast black soil and performed nifH sequencing to explore the significant effects of fertilization and rhizobia inoculation on the nitrogen-fixing bacterial community of black soil, and to comprehensively analyze the main environmental factors affecting the microbial community structure of black soil.
