This repository contains the supplementary data and Python scripts for the article:“Relational Time Flow from Entanglement Density: Theory, Parameter-Free Checks, and Experimental Protocols” (M.E. Arıkan, 2025).
The files include:
Digitized datasets from Islam et al. (Nature 2015), used as experimental input.
Python scripts (fig1.py, fig2.py, fig3_4.py) for reproducing Figures 1–4 and Appendix analyses.
Cross-checked CSV and TXT versions of digitized points (Figs. 6 and 12).
A README file describing the workflow and dependencies.
LICENSE file (CC BY 4.0).
All numerical outputs and plotting scripts are openly available for reproducibility.Please cite this dataset via its DOI when using or referencing these materials.
